How do your monthly retainers work?

Each retainer includes a set number of hours or days dedicated to your business every month.

Think of it like having your own marketing manager or extra pair of hands, just without the salary, holiday pay or lengthy recruitment process.

We'll agree exactly what's included from the outset, so you know where your time is being spent and there are no surprises.

Do I need to commit to a monthly package?

Nope. Some clients come to us for a one-off project like a website refresh, marketing strategy or copywriting. Others prefer ongoing support through one of our monthly retainers.

We'll always recommend what makes the most sense for your business—not what makes us the most money.

Is it unlimited support?

Afraid not. Our retainers are based on dedicated time rather than unlimited access. That means you'll always know exactly what you're paying for, and we'll always be upfront if something falls outside the agreed scope. No hidden costs. No awkward conversations.

What happens if I need more support?

That's absolutely fine. If you've used all of your allocated hours and another project crops up, we'll simply let you know and agree any additional time before we start. No unexpected invoices landing in your inbox.

Do you build websites?

Yes—but not entirely on our own.

We personally handle the strategy, messaging, copywriting, SEO and project management. For the more technical development work, we work with trusted website specialists we've partnered with for years. You'll still deal directly with us throughout the project, and we'll manage everything behind the scenes.

Who actually does the work?

Most of it is completed by us personally. For specialist services such as website development, paid advertising, branding, PR, photography or videography, we work with experienced collaborators from our trusted network.

We'll always be transparent about who's involved, and we'll never outsource your work without telling you.

Can you work with my existing team?

Absolutely. We're just as happy working alongside your in-house team, freelancers or other agencies as we are leading projects ourselves. Our aim is to make life easier, not more complicated.

How quickly can we get started?

Usually pretty quickly. We'll start with a conversation about what you're trying to achieve, then recommend the best way to work together. If we're a good fit, we'll agree a scope, timeline and get cracking.

Do you offer personal assistant support as well as marketing?

Do you guarantee results?
