More of our work

A look at more brand, copywriting and website projects from tweak from wellbeing and finance to recruitment and retail.

Digi Accountancy

A rebrand with a sharper voice

DIGI Accountancy, a Manchester-based digital accountancy firm, needed a rebrand that reflected a more modern, tech-forward approach to accountancy than the traditional, jargon-heavy tone most firms default to. We worked alongside a design partner on the visual refresh and the establishment of a strong tone of voice, while we wrote all of the website copy; reframing what can be a dry, technical subject into something clear, approachable and genuinely differentiated from a typically conservative sector. A wellbeing brand, built for launch.

BLOOM by SMA was a brand-new wellbeing business going to market for the first time; no existing name recognition, no audience, and no room for messaging that sounded like every other wellness brand's. We collaborated closely with a graphic designer on the visual identity, and wrote all of the brand and website copy — tone of voice, positioning and every word of the site — built specifically to feel calm and credible rather than generic "wellness speak." As a launch project, the priority was making sure BLOOM sounded like a real, trustworthy brand from day one, not a work in progress. See it live at bloombysma.co.uk.

Tone of voice and value proposition, inside a bigger project.

Ascentia Partners, a recruitment business, was going through a full brand and website refresh with its own project team already in place. Our specific role was narrower and more targeted than our usual full-service projects: defining their tone of voice and value proposition, so the rest of the team had a clear, consistent voice to build the wider rebrand around. It's a good example of how we're just as happy plugging into one specific piece of a bigger project as we are running the whole thing ourselves. See it live at ascentia.partners.

A brand refresh and a booking system built to save time

CityProm, a prom dress retailer, needed a brand refresh, tone of voice and value proposition that felt exciting and current for its audience, alongside a genuinely practical upgrade behind the scenes. We worked with a design partner on the brand refresh, and personally designed and built a new Squarespace website with an integrated booking system (via Setmore) — automating appointment scheduling and sending automatic SMS and email reminders to customers, syncing straight to the owner's calendar. Text reminders typically achieve significantly higher open rates than email reminders, meaningfully cutting down on missed appointments — a real, practical time-saver for a small, appointment-led retail business, not just a nicer-looking site. Anthony Sanders, CEO of Ascentia Partners

“I engaged Danni to help my business with a branding/tone of voice proposal recently and was very impressed. Danni led our initial scoping call which resulted in us putting together a much more comprehensive & focused brief that we initially had in mind which helped steer the rest of the project effectively through to final delivery. Our final proposal was excellent, very tuned in to the personal and professional brand that we were looking to convey and delivered ahead of schedule also. Would highly recommend.”
